BLOGGING.
I use to be one of those who think blogging is a job for computer programmers and those who have ideal on HTML, CSS, C++  JAVA and other computer languages. But the truth is that every body can become a blogger, all you need have is a computer and an internet access.

NAME YOUR BLOG.
Choosing a name for your blog is the next thing you should do, Example, “chriscashplanet” is the name of my blog which I letter use to generate my domain name or URL, Having said that, the name will be use to generate you website address or URL (Universal Resources Locator), it is a very important factor for the growth of your website, advice you to choose a name that is less than 20 alphabets.

DOMAIN NAME
The domain name is the name your normally type when you want to visit a website, the name is commonly know as website address or URL (Universal Resources Locator), For Example www.chriscashplanet.blogspot.com.

A WEB HOST.
A web host the company that helps you store you blog file and folders online so that they can be accessible when people type you domain name or URL in their browsers.
Most web hosting companies provide both domain name and hosting services together.

HOW TO GET A DOMAIN NAME AND A WEB HOST.
There are two ways to get a domain name and web host, one is getting it for free and the other is to purchase it on a monthly or yearly subscription. They are many companies that renders these services, some are free some are paid. It depend on you to decide. However most free web hosting companies are of poor standard compared to the paid web hosting companies but they are still free ones that are very good, I recommend Google Blogger (Blogspot) which is the best for people who want to make money from blogging.
Still on the difference between the free and the paid domain companies, note that while using the free domain your URL will be like these www.youdomainname.blogspot.com but when using a paid domain your URL will be like these www.youdomainname.com, you can now see that the .blogspot is no longer they.
One good thing about Google blogger is that you can decided to convert you .blogspot website to a paid domain name after you have built it, that is removing the .blogspot from your URL, and the website will still be hosted for free by Google, so you don’t need to pay for hosting package.

BUILDING YOUR WEBSITE WITH BLOGGER.
Before you can use blogger, you must have a Google account, this is the same as a Gmail account, if you don’t have a Google account you can create one for free, it is very easy to create, just go to www.Google.com, click of create account and fill the form, take note of your username and password because that is what we need to sign in to blogger.

Once you have your Google account ready, go to www.blogspot.com, then type in your username and password of your Google account to sign in, since this is the first time you are signing in to blogger, you will be asked again to sign up specifically for the Blogger Service, fill the form as show on the page.

THE DISPLAY NAME: this is the name other people will see as the owner of the blog or when they view your profile, you can be use Admin for this. Then select your gender, accept the terms and continue.
Once you have successfully sign in, you will see a new page which is the dashboard, the dashboard is where you can create a new blogs, manage existing blogs and view other information like statistics concerning your blog and other blogger website. Note: with this one account you can create as many blogs as you like. Just click on “create new blog now”, type in the title of the blog, type the content and click on publish.
